EXERCISE ADHERENCE, REASONS TO EXERCISE, BENEFITS OF EXERCISE.

 Exercise Adherence:

Exercise adherence is a combination of two words ‘exercise’ and ‘adherence’. Exercise means any movement that makes your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories, where is adherence mean “to stick”. In fact, exercise adherence refers to maintaining an exercise regimen for a prolonged period of time following the initial adoption phase. It can also be said that exercise a and sticking to your daily exercise and goals. It can also be defined as the maintenance of an active involvement in physical exercise.

Reasons to Exercise:

Most probably everyone is well aware about the significance of exercise, but do we know well the reasons to exercise? In fact many of us are not aware about the reasons to exercise. There are following reasons to exercise:

1. Enhanced Physical Appearance: 

Not only can exercise help you feel better, but it also helps to look better as well. However, genetics play a major role in our physical or overall appearance. As a matter of fact, everybody wants to have a good as well as healthy physical appearance. Exercise can enhance physical as well as overall experience.

Decreasing the risk of diseases is also one of the reason to exercise. As a matter of fact, exercise builds up and improve circulation of white blood cells, which we need to get rid of harmful bacteria that causes us to fall sick. It boost our immune system and makes us more resilient to diseases or illness.

One of the reasons to exercise regularly is that it gives us more energy or we feel more energized. Indeed, ab workout can help oxygen flow more freely throughout the body and give us a much kneaded burst of energy. This burst of energy not only occurs during exercise but also after the exercise.

Controlling body weight is another reasons to exercise. If it is done regularly, it helps to control and manage our body weight. In fact, exercise burns calories which results in in shedding our extra body weight.  
Gaining long-term health is also what are the reasons to exercise. Regular exercise can avert various cardiovascular diseases and diabetes etc. Working out regularly increases good cholesterol and decreases the risk of serious medical issues, especially those pertaining to heart.

Improved emotional health is also one of the reasons to exercise. In fact, exercise has been proven to provide a mood booster as it releases chemicals like endorphins and to our brain that help us to feel happier and can ease the effects of depression, ADHD and anxiety. It can also help in improving self esteem and self confidence. Exercise also helps in reducing the level of stress. For such reasons we tend to do exercise.
